Farmhouse

The facility can accommodate up to 7 people in three bedrooms:

  • 2 double bedrooms
  • 1 triple bedroom

The charm of Franco’s House lies in its uniqueness and attention paid in the restoration of its original features. It makes it ideal for accommodating those who want a timeless experience. The house is exclusively rented in its entirety (not per rooms).

PINK BEDROOM

Very bright room, equipped with two single beds. An additional single bed is located on the mezzanine. The room can accommodate 3 people

BLUE BEDROOM

Adjacent to the pink bedroom, the blue room can accommodate 2 people

YELLOW BEDROOM

Spacious double bedroom, furnished with antiques restored so to breath new life into the old materials. The yellow bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people

MEZZANINE

The ideal environment to read a good book, play with the children or simply relax

KITCHEN

Practical, ergonomic and designed to meet every need. It gives the chance to the guests to explore the flavours and aromas of the territory

BATHROOMS

Prices for 4 people low season
(October 1st – December 20th, January 7th – May 31st)
Daily rate (minimum two nights): 220 euros;
Weekly price: 1.000 euros;
For each additional person (up to a maximum of 3 people) the amount should be increased by 40 euros per night.
Prices for 4 people high season:
(June 1st – September 30th, December 21st – January 6th, Easter holidays)
Daily rate (minimum two nights): 260 euros;
Weekly price: 1.260 euros;
For each additional person (up to a maximum of 3 people) the amount should be increased by 50 euros per night.
Security deposit: 200 euros
Final cleaning: 70 euros
Tourism fee: 2 euros per person, ages 12 and up, for the first two nights
